Industrial and Domestic Sewage Treatment Plants

De-Ionization Water Plants
Our water deionizers are rugged, pre-engineered, pre-assembled, standardized units that minimize expensive installation and start-up costs. We have designed our Deionization systems to maximize the efficiency and repeatability of the unit during the service and regeneration modes.
In the context of water purification, ion-exchange is a rapid and reversible process in which impurity ions present in the water are replaced by ions released by an ion-exchange resin. The impurity ions are taken up by the resin, which must be periodically regenerated to restore it to the original ionic form.
For many laboratory and industrial applications, high-purity water which is essentially free from ionic contaminants is required. Water of this quality can be produced by deionization. The two most common types of deionization are;

Bottled Drinking Water

Our bottling plant, which is situated at Millaniya, Bandaragama is equipped with a state of the art programmable logic controlled unit with post and pre-filtering systems. It is also equipped with advanced Micron and UV sterilization. This is the most advanced technology available in Sri Lanka.
At present our factory caters 96,000 liters of bottled water (daily).
Our ultimate intention is to supply highly purified drinking water produced under stringent hygienic conditions. Our purified water is guaranteed to confirm to the highest international quality standards.
We are proud to mention that our products have already been awarded with the ISO 9001:2008 certification, ISO 22000:2005 certification, Health Ministry certification as well as SLS 894 certification.
Transportation of Drinking Water via Tankers
When it comes to drinking water delivery, we’ve got all the bases covered. We offer a variety of delivery vessels beginning with 13000 liter water bowsers.
What all these vessels have in common, is they are specially prepared before any water is put into them. Something else in common is the fact that they all employ quality tested hoses and fittings, ensuring that the water reaches you in peak drinking condition. Add to this, the vessel we’re putting the water into has to be prepared to the same standard, ensuring the water is fit for purpose.
And as you might imagine, the water itself is tested to ensure that whatever transport method you’re using, the contents are 100% potable.
Laboratory Services on Water Analysis
We have complete laboratory services to monitor, advice and guide you to operate your water treatment system effectively. Our laboratory is also listed at the Central Environmental Authority (CEA) as being competent to carry out testing of water quality.
